We have received reports of fraudsters using the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and
Safety's name and logo to request payments and personal information from members of the public.
These fraudsters may claim to be collecting fines on behalf of CCOHS, or claim they need help paying
fines owed to CCOHS. Please be aware that the CCOHS does not collect fines from individuals or
companies. If you receive such a communication, it should be reported to the Canadian
Anti-Fraud
Centre immediately.
